Before you book.
What should I expect on the free call?
Thirty minutes. We ask about your current Smartsheet setup, the workflows or reporting processes causing the most friction, and what a successful outcome looks like from your perspective. You ask us anything about how we work, what we have built, and whether your situation is a fit. It is a direct conversation, not a pitch. You will leave knowing whether there is a match worth pursuing.
Is there any commitment after the call?
None. The call is a conversation, not a close. If there is a fit, we will follow up with a scoped proposal. If there is not a fit, we will tell you that directly, including if we think a different approach or tool would serve you better. Nothing is triggered by booking the call except the conversation itself.
How quickly can we start?
A start date follows scope agreement. Once the discovery call is done and both sides agree the engagement makes sense, we produce a scope document. When the scope is signed, we begin. There is no delay on our side once scope is agreed. If you are ready to move fast, book the call and tell us that.
