What is included in a training session?
Every session covers the Smartsheet capabilities your team needs for their specific workflows, not a top-to-bottom product walkthrough. Sessions include live practice in your actual Smartsheet environment, templates built during the session that your team takes away, and a post-session reference guide. Recorded sessions are available as an add-on for organizations that need an onboarding resource for future hires.
Is this training for individuals or teams?
Primarily teams. Our training programs are designed for groups of 5 or more who share a Smartsheet environment and need a consistent working baseline. Smaller groups and individual power-user sessions are available; bring it up on the booking call and we will scope accordingly. We do not run public cohort training. Every session is built for your organization's setup.
Do participants need prior Smartsheet experience?
No required baseline, but the session focus shifts based on where your team is starting from. Teams with no prior experience spend more time on foundational orientation; teams that already use Smartsheet but inconsistently spend more time on workflow design and automation. We ask about experience level during the booking call and structure the session accordingly. The outcome is the same: your team leaves able to use the system independently.
Can training be customized to our workflows?
Yes, and that is the default. Generic Smartsheet training is available from Smartsheet directly. What we offer is training built around your actual environment: your sheet names, your approval flows, your reporting cadence. Before any session, we review your Smartsheet setup and design the curriculum around what your team actually needs to know.
